Yes he was, he was not a temp though. Johnny Williams took over the WNIC “Pillow Talk” studio in early 1986 after Alan Almond bolted over to WMJC (December 1985). Williams remained host to Pillow Talk through at least the 7 months of 1990, thereafter he was replaced (29 years ago this month) by new Pillow Talk host, Michael Harris.
I wrote earlier on this website and asked where is Johnny Williams in September 2019? Does anybody know? He was also on WNIC for a while. Thank you, Chuck
