MK’s November 2025 PPM Ratings Recaps
Shown here are my takeaways from all 48 PPM-measured markets, based on Nielsen Audio’s 6+ total week stats from the November 2025 ratings period (October 16 – November 12).
Round One
New York
Albeit a combined -1.2 via three straight sweeps without an increase (8.6 – 8.1 – 7.4 – 7.4, 6+), iHeartMedia-owned Adult Contemporary WLTW is #1 the 39th consecutive time; “106.7 Lite FM” was a net +1.1 in July and August (7.5 – 8.4 – 8.6, 6+).
Following a modest October increase of two-tenths, Red Apple Media “Talk Radio 77 WABC” reaches the five-share mark with November’s +.8 (4.0 – 4.2 – 5.0, 6+) and progresses from eighth to fifth; WABC notched a 4.9 (6+) in February.
Including its November dip of six-tenths, MediaCo Holding-owned Urban AC WBLS has a June through November topline of: 4.9 – 4.3 – 4.4 – 4.3 – 4.7 – 4.1 (6+), as “Your #1 Source For R&B” slips from sixth to tenth.
Los Angeles
This time last month, Audacy Classic Hits KRTH “K-Earth 101” rolled out a full-share increase (7.3 – 8.3, 6+), enabling it to hold a comfortable 2.6-share advantage over its nearest challenger, iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary KOST “Coast 103.5.” While “K-Earth” is #1 the seventh successive month, it erodes by -1.3 to 7.0 (6+), while “Coast” improves by eight-tenths (5.7 – 6.5, 6+). Thus, its lead over “Coast” dwindles to one-half share. When “K-Earth” logged its 8.3 in October, it marked the first time any Los Angeles station crossed the eight-share range since KOST notched a 12.4 (6+) in “Holiday” 2024.
The flagship of the 2025 World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers – iHeartMedia Sports Talk KLAC – replicates October’s half-share uptick and advances from #19 to #16. “AM 570 LA Sports” is trending: 1.3 – 1.5 – 1.7 – 2.2 – 2.7 (July through November, 6+).
Slipping by three-tenths each are: Meruelo Rock “95.5 KLOS” (3.5 – 3.2, #7 to #11, 6+); University of Southern California-owned KUSC “Classical California” with an identical 3.5 – 3.2, #7 to #11 profile (6+); and Univision Regional Mexican KSCA “La Nueva 101.9” (2.9 – 2.6, #14 to #17, 6+).
Chicago
With a June through October topline of: 4.8 – 4.9 – 4.9 – 4.7 – 4.9 (6+), iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary WLIT “93.9 Lite FM” erupts with a November +1.1 to 6.0 (6+) and repeats at #1. This (6.0) is WLIT’s strongest 6+-performance since “Holiday” 2024’s 12.5.
Matching WLIT in terms of October to November +1.1 (6+) spikes is Hubbard Broadcasting Hot AC WTMX (4.0 – 5.1, 6+), which rockets from sixth to second. From January through October, “101.9 The Mix” was a model of consistency, trending: 4.5 – 4.4 – 4.3 – 4.4 – 4.3 – 4.5 – 4.6 – 4.5 – 4.3 – 4.0 (6+).
After bumping up six-tenths in October (3.4 – 4.0, 6+), Audacy Sports Talk/Cubs and Bulls flagship WSCR “670 The Score” falters by more than twice that magnitude (4.0 – 2.7, -1.3, 6+), slumping from #6 to #14.
San Francisco
Adding a half-share to October’s +.1 (8.7 – 8.8 – 9.3, 6+), KQED Inc.-owned public News/Talk KQED is #1 the 11th consecutive sweep. Prior to being flat in September, KQED was: -1.0 (May); +1.7 (June) -1.5 (July); and -1.1 (August).
Off three-tenths in October (4.0 – 3.7, 6+), Bonneville CHR KMVQ “99.7 Now” improves by twice that margin in November (3.7 – 4.3, +.6, sixth to sixth, 6+).
Conversely, three outlets here sputter by six-tenths: Audacy-owned KCBS-AM & KFRC “All News AM 740 & 106.9,” which is in the runner-up slot the 11th time in a row (8.7 – 8.1, 6+); University of Southern California’s KDFC “Classical California” (5.7 – 5.1, flat at #3, 6+); and Univision Regional Mexican KSOL “Que Buena” (2.1 – 1.5, #15 to #20, 6+). KCBS-AM & KFRC and KDFC gained four-tenths in October.
Dallas
Displaying an August – September – October topline of 5.3 – 5.4 – 5.3 (6+), Cumulus Media Sports Talk/Stars flagship KTCK skates out a +1.1 to 6.4 (6+), progressing from second to first. In addition, “The Ticket” has its best 6+-stat since February (also 6.4). Knocked out of the top spot is Country cluster-mate KPLX “99.5 The Wolf” (5.4 – 5.1, -.3, first to second, 6+), which was on top in March; June; July; and October.
Following an April through October topline of: 2.5 – 2.7 – 2.7 – 2.6 – 2.7 – 2.5 – 2.0 (6+), Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian KLTY “K-Love 94.9” gains one full-share to 3.0 (6+) and returns to the top twenty at #16.
Down six-tenths are iHeartMedia CHR KHKS “106.1 Kiss FM” (3.6, seventh to tenth, 6+) and First Dallas Media Contemporary Christian KCBI “Encouraging Music/Words Of Hope” (2.9 – 2.3, #16 to #20, 6+). “Kiss” was locked on 4.2 (6+) in September and October. Houston
A net +2.6 the past two sweeps (6.4 – 8.1 – 9.0, 6+), iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary KODA relinquishes three-tenths to 8.7 (6+). Nonetheless, “Sunny 99.1” is #1 the third month in a row. Following twelve consecutive survey periods setting the pace, “Sunny” shifted to second in August.
Bouncing back from October’s loss of eight-tenths with a whopping +1.4 (3.4 – 2.6 – 4.0, 6+), Spanish Broadcasting System Regional Mexican KROI “La Ley 92.1” zooms from #16 to #10. Including November’s +1.2, Urban One Urban AC KMJQ “Majic 102.1” is a combined +1.7 the past two months (6.4 – 6.9 – 8.1, 6+) and continues in the runner-up slot.
As a result of five straight losses, Hope Media Group Contemporary Christian KSBJ “89.3 God Listens” is a collective -3.1 (7.1 – 6.9 – 6.3 – 5.8 – 5.2 – 4.0, sixth to tenth, 6+).
Atlanta
In an alternating August through November up/down pattern (6.9 – 7.8 – 7.7 – 8.5, 6+), Cox Media Group-owned WSB-AM “Atlanta’s News & Talk” is #1 the third month in a row. September’s +.9 halted three straight modest dips that resulted in a combined -.6 (7.5 – 7.1 – 7.0 – 6.9, 6+).
Audacy Sports Talk/Falcons and Hawks flagship WZGC “92.9 The Game” (eighth to seventh, 6+) and Atlanta Public Schools-owned News/Talk WABE (3.0 – 3.6, #15 to #10, 6+) each gain six-tenths. In four straight upticks, “The Game” has more than doubled (+2.3) its 6+-stat (2.2 – 2.7 – 3.4 – 3.9 – 4.5, 6+). WABE was frozen on 3.3 (6+) in July, August, and September.
Faltering by eight-tenths each are Cox Media Group Urban AC WALR “Kiss 104.1” (7.3 – 6.5, second to third, 6+) and iHeartMedia Urban Contemporary WRDG “96.1 The Beat” (3.9 – 3.1, #8 to #13, 6+). “Kiss” netted a full-share via four straight months without a loss (6.3 – 6.5 – 7.2 – 7.2 – 7.3, 6+); “The Beat” was down three-tenths in October (4.2 – 3.9, 6+).
Philadelphia
Between its main signal (9.2, #1) and internet stream (3.2, #13), Audacy-owned Sports Talk/Phillies and Eagles flagship WIP “Sports Radio 94” had a combined October 2025 share of 12.4 (6+). In November though, WIP freefalls by -2.6 to 6.6 (first to third, 6+) and the internet stream squanders seven-tenths (2.5, #13 to #16, 6+). On the flipside, Beasley Broadcast Group-owned “93.3 WMMR Rocks” racks up a stunning +1.6 to 7.7 (6+) and jumps from third to first, unseating WIP, which held the lead in September and October. This (7.7) is WMMR’s best 6+-showing since March’s 7.9.
Off three-tenths in October (3.9 – 3.6, 6+), Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian WKVP “K-Love” answers with a +.8 to 4.4 (tenth to seventh, 6+).
Including its November dip of six-tenths (fourth to fifth), Audacy Adult Contemporary WBEB “Philly’s B-101” has a steady June through November topline of: 5.5 – 5.3 – 5.5 – 5.4 – 5.6 – 5.0 (6+).
Nassau-Suffolk (Long Island)
Just as iHeartMedia CHR WHTZ “Z-100” succeeded Red Apple Media News/Talk “77 WABC” at #1 this time last month, WABC (6.2 – 8.2, +2.0, second to first, 6+) displaces “Z-100” (flat at 7.3, first to second, 6+). WABC was a combined -1.5 in July and August (6.7 – 6.4 – 5.2, 6+), but a whopping +1.6 in September. Earning a collective +4.1,WABC’s February – June topline was: 2.6 – 3.9 – 5.2 – 6.5 – 6.7 (6+). Prior to September’s loss of four-tenths, “Z-100” had been a net +1.1 via three straight months without a loss (5.8 – 6.2 – 6.2 – 6.9, 6+).
Following a net decline of one full-share via three straight downward moves (6.9 – 6.6 – 6.0 – 5.9, 6+), Audacy all-News “1010 WINS At 92.3 FM” recaptures that -1.0 in-full to 6.9 (6+) and remains in third-place.
Without a loss four straight months for a collective +1.8 (3.8 – 4.5 – 4.5 – 4.9 – 5.6, 6+), Audacy Sports Talk/Yankees; NY Giants; and Brooklyn Nets flagship WFAN “The Fan” craters by -1.5 to 4.1 (fourth to seventh, 6+).
Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario
A net +2.2 in four successive up or flat sweeps (9.8 – 11.4 – 11.8 – 11.8 – 12.0, 6+), Entravision Spanish Adult Hits KLYY “Jose” drops six-tenths to 11.4, but is #1 the 11th consecutive month.
Improving by +1.0 and +1.3, respectively, are Anaheim Broadcasting Classic Hits “KOLA 99.9” (6.1, steady in the runner-up slot, 6+) and Univision Spanish Contemporary KLVE “K-Love 107.5”” (4.6 – 5.9, unchanged in third-place, 6+). KOLA’s full-share gain pulls the plug on eight consecutive down or flat trends that produced a -3.5 (8.6- 7.6 – 6.8 – 6.0 – 6.0 – 5.6 – 5.4 – 5.1 – 5.1, 6+). “K-Love” is in an alternating down/up pattern that began in July: 3.9 – 3.7 – 4.9 – 4.6 – 5.9 (6+).
Declining by one-half share, Good News Radio Contemporary Christian “89.7 KSGN” (#12 to #15) is in the 1.2 – 1.9 range for the seventh straight month (1.8 – 1.9 – 1.7 – 1.6 – 1.7 – 1.7 – 1.2, 6+).
San Jose
Univision Spanish Adult Hits KBRG adds two tenths to October’s gain of four-tenths (5.3 – 5.7 – 5.9, 6+) and repeats at #1. “Amor 100.3” has been on top in April; August; October; and November.
Off six-tenths one month ago (2.8 – 2.2, 6+), iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary KISQ roars back with a November spike more than twice that size (3.6, +1.4, 6+), jumping from #12 to #8. Prior to this sweep, “98.1 The Breeze” recorded eight successive topline stats between 2.2 – 2.8 (2.3 – 2.3 – 2.4 – 2.7 – 2.7 – 2.4 – 2.8 – 2.2, 6+).
Following an August – September – October trend of 4.1 – 4.3 – 4.1 (6+), Univision Regional Mexican KSOL backslides by seven-tenths to 3.4 (6+), dipping from seventh to tenth; “Que Buena” was #1 in May.
Middlesex-Somerset-Union
A net -2.5 owing to three consecutive regressions (9.8 – 9.5 – 7.4 – 7.3, 6+), iHeartMedia Classic Rock WAXQ responds with a half-share upsurge to 7.8 (6+) and is #1 the fourth survey period in a row. Back in July, “Q-104.3” registered a colossal +3.5 (6.3 – 9.8, 6+).
WAXQ’s Adult Contemporary cluster-mate – WLTW “106.7 Lite FM” – is a combined +1.1 the past two months (5.3 – 5.5 – 6.4, 6+) and advances from fourth to second.
As a result of November’s -.7 to 6.4 (6+), Spanish Broadcasting System Spanish Tropical WSKQ forfeits roughly half the +1.3 it garnered the past two months (5.8 – 6.6 – 7.1, 6+); nonetheless, “La Mega 97.9” carries on in the runner-up slot.
Round Two
Washington, DC
Up a combined six-tenths in October and November (11.5 – 11.9 – 12.1, 6+), Hubbard Broadcasting’s all-News WTOP is #1 the fifth survey period in succession and in double-digits (6+) the 12th straight time. Entering the September sweep, WTOP posted four consecutive increases for a net +3.4 (10.5 – 10.7 – 11.7 – 13.1 – 13.9, 6+), but cratered by -2.4 to 11.5 (6+) in September.
Improving by seven-tenths each are Urban One Urban AC WMMJ “Majic 102.3” (3.0 – 3.7, #11 to #8, 6+) and Signal Above-owned Spanish Contemporary WDCN-LD (.4 – 1.1, #18, 6+). This is the fifth straight month “Majic” is between 3.0 – 3.7 (3.3 – 3.2 – 3.4 – 3.0 – 3.7, 6+).
Audacy Spanish Tropical WLZL “El Zol 107.9” basically had its 6+-share carved in half in August (3.4 – 1.8, -1.6, 6+); rebounded with a +1.2 in September and +.8 in October; but is now -.8 in November (1.8 – 3.0 – 3.8 – 3.0, eighth to tenth, 6+).
Boston
October’s first-place tie between Audacy Adult Contemporary WMJX “Magic 106.7” and Beasley Broadcast Group Classic Hits “105.7 WROR” is broken. The *new* pacesetter is WROR’s Sports Talk cluster-mate, WBZ-FM “98.5 The Sports Hub, which registers its fourth straight increase for a net +3.1 (3.8 – 4.4 – 5.2 – 6.4 – 6.9, third to first, 6+). The flagship of the Celtics; Bruins; New England Patriots; and New England Revolution has its best 6+-showing (6.9) since January’s 9.0. Meanwhile, “Magic” drops four-tenths (6.5 – 6.1, 6+) and takes over at #2, while WROR falters by nine-tenths (6.5 – 5.6, 6+), slipping to third. Having held – or shared – #1 honors five straight months before shifting to third in July, “Magic” had been #1 the past three sweeps. WROR answered August’s loss of six-tenths (5.3 – 4.7, 6+) with September and October’s combined +1.8 (4.7 – 5.8 – 6.5, 6+).
After trending 4.5 – 4.2 – 4.4 – 4.2 (July through October, 6+), Boston University-owned WBUR “Boston’s NPR News Station” notches a gain of eight-tenths to 5.0 – matching June’s 6+-stat – and progresses from eighth to fifth.
The April through September topline for Audacy-owned WEEI-FM was a steady: 4.7 – 4.5 – 4.4 – 4.7 – 4.6 – 4.9 – 4.4 – 4.2 – 4.7 ( 6+). In October, the Red Sox flagship erupted with a full-share uptick, enabling it to cross the five-share mark (5.7, 6+); however, “93.7 Boston’s Sports Original” stumbles by -1.3 in November to 4.4 (fourth to seventh, 6+).
Miami
Back-and-forth for #1 honors continues between Cox Media Group siblings WFEZ “Easy 93.1” and Urban AC WHQT “Hot 105.” In November, it’s WHQT’s turn (6.6 – 6.9, +.3, second to first), while Adult Contemporary WFEZ (7.2 – 6.6, -.6, 6+) shifts from first to second. “Hot” had a September-only stay at #1, before being displaced by “Easy.” In addition to holding the #1 position in September, “Hot” set the pace in June. Prior to the November sweep, “Easy” had been without a loss five straight months for a net +1.2 (6.0 – 6.0 – 6.5 – 7.1 – 7.2 – 7.2, 6+) and was #1 in April; August; and October.
As a result of November’s full-share gain to 3.9 (6+), iHeartMedia Spanish Contemporary WZTU “Tú 94.9” fully eradicates the collective -1.0 that was attributed to four straight losses (3.9 – 3.5 – 3.2 – 3.0 – 2.9, 6+) and zooms from #14 to #8.
Following seven straight postings in the 6.1 – 6.6 range (6.2 – 6.6 – 6.6 – 6.6 – 6.1 – 6.6 – 6.5, 6+), Audacy Adult Contemporary WLYF “101.5 Lite FM” wanes by -1.3 to 5.2 (third to fifth, 6+).
Seattle
Similar to the situation in Boston (see above), an October deadlock at #1 existed in Seattle. The difference here though is that one of October’s co-leaders takes sole possession of the top spot. That would be University of Washington-owned News/Talk “94.9 KUOW,” #1 the 11th straight survey period (9.1 – 9.4, +.3, 6+). Off one-tenth in October to 9.1 (6+), KUOW had been a combined +1.7 in four consecutive improvements (7.5 – 7.9 – 8.4 – 9.1 – 9.2, 6+). Exiting the #1 stalemate after an October-only stay is Bonneville International-owned KIRO-AM “Seattle Sports 710 AM,” which freefalls by an astonishing -3.9 (9.1 – 5.2, first to fourth, 6+). As a result of six February through August spikes in a row, the Mariners and Seahawks flagship essentially quadrupled its 6+- stat for a net +4.7 (1.6 – 2.0 – 4.1 – 4.2 – 4.7 – 5.4 – 6.3, 6+). KIRO-AM lost a modest one-tenth in September then exploded in October with a +2.9 to 9.1 (6+).
Adding eight-tenths each are: Crista Ministries Contemporary Christian KCMS-FM “Spirit 105.3” (3.9 – 4.7, eighth to fifth, 6+); Hubbard Broadcasting CHR KQMV “Movin’ 92.5” (3.6 – 4.4, ninth to sixth, 6+); and Audacy’s Country-formatted KKWF “100.7 The Wolf” (2.7 – 3.5, #17 to #11, 6+). This is KQMV’s fifth straight sweep without a loss for a net +1.6 (2.8 – 3.0 – 3.0 – 3.5 – 3.6 – 4.4, 6+).
Returning all of October’s increase of seven-tenths (and one-tenth more), Bonneville International’s KIRO-FM drops from fifth to sixth (5.2 – 4.4, -.8, 6+). “News Radio 97.3” entered the October sweep with a May through September topline of: 4.1 – 4.2 – 4.1 – 4.2 – 4.5 (6+). KIRO-FM – along with cluster-mate KIRO-AM – is a co-flagship of the Seahawks.
Detroit
- Down a combined eight-tenths in September and October (8.2 – 7.9 – 7.4, 6+), iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary “100.3 WNIC” erases 75% of the deficit with a +.6 to 8.0 (6+). Moreover, WNIC advances from second to first; it had also been #1 this calendar year in January; February; March; and August. Displaced is Audacy Sports Talk/Tigers; Lions; Pistons; and Red Wings flagship WXYT-FM (10.3 – 7.4, – 2.9, first to second), which was on top in September and October. Prior to November, “97.1 The Ticket” notched three increases in succession for a collective +2.6 (7.7 – 8.1 – 8.4 – 10.3, 6+).
Including November’s addition of nine-tenths to 3.9 (#15 to #10, 6+), Audacy Alternative WDZH “Alt 98.7” has now recorded ten straight 6+-stats in the 3.0 – 3.9 range: 3.0 – 3.0 – 3.0 – 3.2 – 3.3 – 3.0 – 3.2 – 3.1 – 3.0 – 3.9.
As noted above, Audacy Sports Talk WXYT-FM “97.1 The Ticket” suffered a massive October – November decline of nearly three full-shares. Its internet stream took a hit as well, sputtering by -1.2 (3.3 – 2.1, #13 to #18, 6+).
Phoenix
In yet another example of a shift at the top, iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary KESZ “99.9 KEZ” (7.9 – 8.3, +.4, second to first, 6+) takes over for Hubbard Broadcasting “Classic Rock 100.7 KSLX” (8.7 – 7.6, -1.1, first to second, 6+), which had been #1 six consecutive months. A +1.8 in October, KESZ held the runner-up spot the past three sweeps and tied KSLX at #1 in June and July. Immediately prior to August’s loss of nine-tenths, KSLX produced a net +3.7 in seven consecutive increases (5.4 – 5.6 – 5.8 – 5.9 – 7.5 – 8.1 – 8.3 – 9.1, 6+).
Obliterating October’s loss of seven-tenths with November’s full-share gain (5.0 – 4.3 – 5.3, 6+), iHeartMedia Adult Hits KYOT “95.5 The Mountain” advances from fourth to third. Prior to October, “The Mountain” had been a combined +.6 in four straight up or flat sweeps (4.4 – 4.4 – 4.4 – 4.7 – 5.0, 6+).
Surrendering nine-tenths and fading from #9 to #15, Maricopa County Community College District & Arizona State University-owned Classical KBAQ “K-Bach” continues an alternating up/down pattern that began in May (2.7 – 2.8 – 2.7 – 2.9 – 2.5 – 3.4 – 2.5, 6+).
Minneapolis
On the heels of registering a net +3.9 in three straight spikes (8.1 – 9.2 – 10.1 – 12.0, 6+), iHeartMedia Sports Talk KFXN “100.3 The Fan” forfeits roughly one-quarter (-1.0) of that gain (12.0 – 11.0, 6+), but is #1 the 11thstraight month. With October’s 12.0 (6+), the flagship of the Minnesota Vikings; Minnesota Timberwolves; Minnesota Wild; and the WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx eclipsed the 11.9 (6+) it posted in “Holiday” 2024.
A +1.1 by KNOW “Minnesota Public Radio News” (5.9 – 7.0, fourth to third, 6+) enables the Minnesota Public Radio-owned facility to reach the seven-share level (7.0, 6+) for the first time since March (7.2, 6+).
Conversely, a one-half share decline to 4.9 by KEEY “K-102” (flat in sixth-place, 6+) takes the iHeartMedia Country outlet below the five-share level (4.9, 6+) for the first time since May when it logged a 4.9 (6+) as well.
San Diego
After gaining a modest one-tenth in September (9.5 – 9.6, 6+), Audacy Classic Hits KXSN is now a combined -1.8 in October and November (9.6 – 8.8 – 7.8, 6+); regardless, “Sunny 98.1” is #1 the 11th successive month. KXSN was: +1.0 (June); -1.4 (July); and +.9 (August).
Counting its +1.1 in November to 5.1 (eighth to fifth, 6+), iHeartMedia Hot AC KMYI “Star 94.1” resumes its alternating up/down sequence that commenced back in February: 3.6 – 3.9 – 3.8 – 4.4 – 3.9 – 4.3 – 4.1 – 4.5 – 4.0 – 5.1 (6+)
Three successive losses by Audacy Sports Talk KWFN “97.3 The Fan” essentially slice its 6+-stat (net -3.4) in half (6.9 – 5.9 – 5.3 – 3.5, 6+) as the flagship of the Padres tumbles from #5 to #12. “The Fan” was +2.4 in August (4.5 – 6.9, 6+).
Tampa
With a stunning +1.9, Radio Training Network Contemporary Christian WCIE hits an 8.8 (6+), matching what it scored in April. More importantly though, “88.1 The Joy FM” advances from second to first, dislodging Cox Media Group Adult Contemporary WDUV, which had been #1 the past four months. Frozen on 7.1 (6+) in August, September, and October, “Lite Favorites 105.5” is down three-tenths to 6.8 (6+) and segues to the runner-up slot.
An increase of eight-tenths (6.2 – 7.0, 6+) propels Cox Media Group Classic Hits WXGL from third to second, with “107.3 The Eagle” recording its best 6+-stat (7.0) since April’s 7.2.
Four straight gains by University of South Florida News/Talk WUSF generated a +1.2 (3.0 – 3.3 – 3.5 – 3.8 – 4.2, 6+), but the NPR affiliate surrenders seven-tenths to 3.5 (#8 to #13, 6+).
Denver
An overall -1.1 in four straight down or flat sweeps (7.7 – 7.5 – 7.5 – 6.6 – 6.6, 6+), Bonneville International Adult Contemporary KOSI “Real Music Variety” halts the skid with a +.3 to 6.9 (6+) and is #1 the ninth survey period in a row.
Not only does iHeartMedia’s KOA “News Radio 850” register a full-share gain, the Colorado Rockies and Nuggets flagship is a net +2.3 in six straight sweeps without a loss (1.7 – 2.0 – 2.6 – 2.6 – 3.0 – 3.0 – 4.0, 6+) and jumps from #18 to #10.
A combined +.8 the past two sweeps (3.2 – 3.4 – 4.0, 6+), iHeartMedia Country KWBL “106.7 The Bull” relinquishes nine-tenths to 3.1 (#10 to #16, 6+).
Baltimore
Albeit a combined -1.0 in October and November (9.4 – 8.6 – 8.4, 6+), Urban One Urban AC WWIN-FM “Magic 95.9” is #1 the tenth month in a row. Its recent fluctuations have been: -1.2 (June); +1.5 (July); -1.0 (August) +.8 (September); and -.8 (October).

Owing to three upticks in succession, WYPR has more than doubled (net +2.8) its 6+-share (2.0 – 2.2 – 2.8 – 4.8, 6+). On the other hand, WPOC had been down or flat the past seven sweeps for a collective -2.5 (7.5 – 7.0 – 7.0 – 6.7 – 6.5 – 5.6 – 5.2 – 5.0, 6+)
Audacy-owned WWMX “Mix 106.5” forfeits in-full its gigantic October +1.6 (4.0 – 5.6 – 4.0, 6+) and tumbles from fourth back to ninth.
St. Louis
Although Hubbard Broadcasting’s KSHE is a collective -2.4 the past three survey periods (10.9 – 9.5 – 9.2 – 8.5, 6+), “Real Rock Radio” is #1 the 11thmonth in a row. In August, KSHE posted a +1.9 (9.0 – 10.9, 6+).
Locked on 5.6 (6+) in September and October, “102.5 KEZK” racks up a +.9 to 6.5, its best 6+-performance since January’s 6.6. The Audacy Adult Contemporary outlet inches up from sixth to fifth.
In addition to tumbling -1.2 to 5.5 (fourth to seventh, 6+), iHeartMedia-owned Country KSD “93.7 The Bull” curtails at four its successive string of increases that yielded a +1.9 (4.8 – 5.0 – 5.2 – 6.3 – 6.7, 6+).
Round Three
Portland
Tacking on a half-share to October’s modest increase of two-tenths (9.0 – 9.2 – 9.7, 6+), iHeartMedia Classic Hits KLTH repeats at #1. This marks the sixth time in the last seven sweeps that “106.7 The Eagle” has registered a 6+-stat in the nine-share range.
A combined -1.9 in September and October (7.0 – 6.0 – 5.1, 6+), KLTH’s Classic Rock sibling – KFBW “105.9 The Brew” – recaptures all but one-half share of that loss (5.1 – 6.5, +1.4, 6+) and climbs from seventh to third. Prior to September, “The Brew” had four straight gains that netted a full-share (6.0 – 6.5 – 6.8 – 6.9 – 7.0, 6+).
At the same time as Oregon Public Broadcasting-owned News/Talk KOPB “OPB Radio” balloons by one full-share (5.3 – 6.3, steady in sixth-place, 6+), Audacy’s KNRK “94.7 Alternative Portland” deflates by that magnitude (4.0 – 3.0, -1.0, #11 to #14, 6+). Entering the November survey period, KNRK had more than doubled (net +2.2) its 6+-topline in six straight gains (1.8 – 2.0 – 2.2 – 2.6 – 3.3 – 3.9 – 4.0, 6+).

In addition to being a collective +3.6 via five consecutive spikes (4.7 – 5.4 – 6.9 – 7.5 – 7.9 – 8.3, 6+), Urban One-owned Urban-Rhythmic Oldies WOSF “105.3 RnB” reaches the eight-share level (8.3, 6+) and is #1 the third month in a row.
Without an increase the past five sweeps for a net loss of -2.1 (5.1 – 5.1 – 5.0 – 4.8 – 4.2 – 3.0, 6+), iHeartMedia’s Country WKKT “96.9 The Kat” halts the skid with a +.8 to 3.8 (#15 to #10, 6+).

This time last month, “K-104.7” was up eight-tenths (6.9 – 7.7, 6+). Stuck on 7.0 (6+) in August and September, “The Lake” notched a +1.1 in October to 7.1, its best 6+-stat since “Holiday” 2024’s 7.9. Sacramento
Even though iHeartMedia’s KFBK relinquishes one full-share to 9.3 (6+), “News 93.1” is #1 the eighth successive month. KFBK had been a collective +1.7 in three straight increases (8.6 – 8.9 – 9.7 – 10.3, 6+) and reached double-digits (10.3, 6+) for the first time since November 2024’s 10.2.
In the market’s Classic Rock battle, Audacy-owned KSEG “96.9 The Eagle” (7.4 – 8.0, steady in second-place, 6+) and iHeartMedia’s KYRV “93.7 The River” (2.4 – 3.0, #15 to #13, 6+) each improve by six-tenths. An increase of seven-tenths to 4.0 (ninth to eighth, 6+) by Audacy Country WDSY “Y-108” pulls the plug on five straight downward sweeps that resulted in a -2.3 (5.6 – 5.0 – 4.8 – 4.2 – 3.5 – 3.3, 6+).
On the heels of September’s half-share increase and October’s +1.1 (8.5 – 9.0 – 10.1, 6+), iHeartMedia-owned “102.5 WDVE Rocks” falters by one full-share in November to 9.1 (second to third, 6+). October’s 10.1 matched the 10.1 (6+) it logged in March.
Salt Lake City
This time last month, Bonneville International’s KSL “News Radio 102.7 FM” dislodged Capital Broadcasting Hot AC KBZN “Now 97.9” from the top spot. Tables are turned in November as “Now 97.9” – with a whopping +1.6 (5.9 – 7.5, 6+) – ousts KSL, which craters by -2.4 (9.4 – 7.0, first to second, 6+). Significant fluctuations for these two facilities aren’t new as “Now” was -1.7 in October and a net +1.6 through three straight improvements immediately prior to that (6.0 – 6.2 – 6.9 – 7.6, 6+), while KSL boasted a mammoth +3.6 in October (5.8 – 9.4, 6+).

Acquiring seven-tenths as well is Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian KKLV “K-Love” (2.5 – 3.2, #16 to #12, 6+), which had lost a full-share owing to three straight down or flat sweeps (3.5 – 3.5 – 3.1 – 2.5, 6+).
Locked on 7.1 (6+) in August and September, independent Country KSOP-FM inched up one-tenth to 7.2 (6+) in October, but “Z-104” regresses by eight-tenths to 6.4 (second to third, 6+).
