Shown here are my takeaways from all 48 PPM-measured markets, based on Nielsen Audio’s 6+ total week stats from the October 2026 ratings period.

Round One

New York

After being a combined -.6 in August and September (7.4 – 7.3 – 6.8, 6+), Audacy all-News “1010 WINS on 92.3 FM” posts an increase of nine-tenths to 7.7 – its strongest 6+-stat since February’s 7.8 (6+) – and threepeats at #1.

Tacking on a whopping +1.5 to September’s uptick of six-tenths (3.2 – 3.8 – 5.3, 6+), Spanish Broadcasting System Spanish Tropical WSKQ “La Mega 97.9” vaults from tenth to fourth. “La Mega” last reached the five-share level in February (5.0, 6+).

New York Public Radio-owned WQXR” forfeits in its entirety the seven-tenths it garnered this time last month (1.8 – 2.5 – 1.8, #14 to #16, 6+). Classical New York 105.9 was a combined -1.5 in July and August (3.3 – 2.9 – 1.8, 6+).

Los Angeles

Setting the pace the past three months, iHeartMedia Hot AC KBIG “104.3 My FM” is a combined -1.4 in September and October (6.7 – 6.1 – 5.3, 6+) and slips to third. “My FM” previously notched three straight months without a loss for a net gain of seven-tenths (6.0 – 6.2 – 6.2 – 6.7, 6+). Taking over the top spot and picking up four-tenths (5.4 – 5.8, 6+), Audacy Classic Hits KRTH “K-Earth 101” is between a 5.0 – 5.9 (6+) the 12th time in succession.

Surging by seven-tenths to cross the four-share level (3.7 – 4.4, 6+), Pasadena City College News/Talk KPCC “LA-ist 89.3” leaps from tenth to sixth.

Faltering by six-tenths each are Audacy Alternative KROQ (4.3 – 3.7, #5 to #11, 6+) and Univision Regional Mexican KSCA “La Nueva 101.9” (2.8 – 2.2, #16 to #20, 6+). “The World Famous KROQ” had been a net +1.3 since June (3.0 – 3.4 – 3.4 – 4.3, 6+), while “La Nueva was an overall +1.1 in the same timeframe (1.7 – 1.9 – 2.2 – 2.8, 6+).

Chicago

The top five finishers here are separated by just two-tenths of a share! In addition to recording its third straight sweep without a loss for a modest increase of three-tenths (4.9 – 4.9 – 5.0 – 5.2, 6+), iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary WLIT “93.9 Lite FM” progresses from fourth to first. Following back-to-back months at #1, Audacy-owned WBBM-AM & WCFS drops four-tenths (5.5 – 5.1, 6+) and slips to third. A combined +.9 in July and August (5.5 – 5.8 – 6.4, 6+), “News Radio 780 AM & 105.9 FM” is a collective -1.3 in September and October (6.4 – 5.5 – 5.1, 6+).

Years ago in the “Street Talk” section of venerable trade publication Radio & Records (R&R), whenever a Program Director or on-air talent made a mammoth jump in market size, we’d call it the “Leap of the Week.” With that in mind, Good Karma Sports-owned/White Sox flagship WMVP rockets from #20 all the way into the top ten at #9. “ESPN Chicago AM 1000” is trending 1.2 – 1.2 – 1.9 – 1.9 – 3.3 (July through October, 6+).

Concurrent with WMVP’s huge (+1.4) increase, Audacy’s similarly formatted/Cubs and Bulls flagship WSCR “104.3 The Score” regresses by one-half share (3.0 – 2.5, #11 to #16, 6+). “The Score” was frozen on 2.7 (6+) in June, July, and August.

San Francisco

An increase of two-tenths (9.8 – 10.0, 6+) enables KQED Inc.-owned public KQED to return to double-digits. Moreover, the News/Talk facility is #1 the tenth time in a row. KQED’s June – July – August topline was: 10.0 – 10.3 – 10.2 (6+).

Up seven-tenths, Connoisseur Media Adult Contemporary “96.5 KOIT-FM Better Music For a Better Workday” is in five-share range the fifth straight month: 5.4 – 5.0 – 5.2 – 5.1 – 5.8, 6+) and pushes up from fourth to third.

Deflating by six-tenths each – after both gained six-tenths in September – are Audacy’s KCBS-AM & KFRC “All News 740 AM & 106.9 FM” (8.7 – 8.1, steady in the runner-up slot) and iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary KISQ “98.1 The Breeze” (5.3 – 4.7, third to fourth, 6+). “All News 740 AM & 106.9 FM” is within 8.1 – 8.9 range (6+) the tenth straight time. “The Breeze” had a June – July – August trend of: 4.7 – 4.6 – 4.7, (6+).

Dallas

Albeit flat at 4.6 (6+), iHeartMedia Hot AC KDMX “Mix 102.9” advances from third to first, as “Mix” breaks September’s #1 tie. iHeartMedia-owned Adult Contemporary KDGE “Star 102.1” – which had been on top five successive months – slips to second (5.1 – 4.5, -.6, 6+). Meanwhile, Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian KLTY “K-Love 94.9” plummets by -1.8 (5.1 – 3.3, 6+), fading from a first-place tie to tenth. In September, “Star” was -1.1, and K-Love” was +1.5.

Down two-tenths this time last month (1.4 – 1.2, 6+), MediaCo Regional Mexican KZZA “La Ranchera 106.7 FM” roars back with a +1.1 to 2.3 (#17, 6+).

Five consecutive sweeps with a loss netted Audacy Classic Hits KSPF nine-tenths (3.3 – 3.8 – 3.9 – 3.9 – 4.1 – 4.2, 6+); however in October, “98.7 The Spot” forfeits four-tenths to 3.8 (6+) and remains in fifth-place.

Houston

Stacking a gain of seven-tenths onto September’s mighty +1.6 (9.1 – 10.7 – 11.4 (6+), iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary KODA is #1 the 15th time in a row. “Sunny 99.1”” gained a combined full-share in June and July (8.6 – 9.4 – 9.6, 6+).

On the heels of September’s full-share increase, Spanish Broadcasting System Regional Mexican KROI “La Ley 92.1” betters it with a +1.4 (1.9 – 2.9 – 4.3, #12 to #8, 6+). “La Ley” was a combined -1.0 in July and August (2.9 – 2.5 – 1.9, 6+).

Following its July – August – September trend of 5.2 – 5.1 – 5.3 (6+), Hope Media Contemporary Christian KSBJ “89.3 God Listens” collapses by -1.6 to 3.7 (sixth to tenth, 6+).

Atlanta

In addition to threepeating at #1, Urban One Urban AC WAMJ “Majic The Real Sound of Atlanta” is a net +2.1 via three upticks in succession (6.5 – 7.6 – 8.2 – 8.6, 6+).

Expunging September’s loss of seven-tenths with an October +.9 to 3.1 (6+), Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian WAIA advances from #14 to #10. “Air 1” had been in two-share range the past seven sweeps (2.4 – 2.7 – 2.3 – 2.8 – 2.1 – 2.9 – 2.2, 6+).

Surrendering seven-tenths – or 35% – of the combined two full-shares it earned in August and September (2.5 – 3.9 – 4.5 – 3.8, 6+), Dickey Broadcasting Sports Talk WCNN “680 The Fan” slips from sixth to ninth.

Philadelphia

There are three mammoth (6+) September 2026 – October 2026 fluctuations of at least two full-shares. Among them is Audacy Sports Talk WIP’s +2.7, enabling “Sports Radio 94” – the flagship of the Phillies and Eagles – to reach double-digits and progress from second to first (7.6 – 10.3, 6+). Consequently, it’s a September-only stay at the top for Beasley Broadcast Group-owned WMMR “93.3 WMMR Rocks,” which follows September’s humongous +4.7 (5.5 – 10.2, 6+) with a -2.0 to 8.2 (first to second, 6+). WMMR’s September 10.2 marked the first time a Philadelphia station reached double-digits (6+) since Audacy Adult Contemporary WBEB did so in “Holiday” 2025.

As a result of flaunting a colossal +2.4, aforementioned Audacy Adult Contemporary WBEB has its strongest 6+-stat (7.9) since “Holiday” 2025’s 17.0 (6+). “Philly’s B-101,” which was trending 7.7 – 5.5 – 5.5 (July – August – September, 6+), advances from fifth to third.

Falling from #12 to #17, Urban One-owned Urban-Rhythmic Oldies WPPZ “Classix 107.9” is a combined -1.3 in September and October (3.4 – 3.1 – 2.1, 6+).

Nassau-Suffolk (Long Island)

Albeit off a combined (modest) four-tenths in September and October, following August’s +1.1 (7.0 – 8.1 – 7.8 – 7.7, 6+), Audacy’s all-News “1010 WINS at 92.3 FM” is on top the tenth straight time.

With an October gain of six-tenths, co-owned Sports Talk WFAN “101.9 The Fan” recaptures all but one-tenth of September’s -.7 (6.5 – 5.8 – 6.4, 6+), as the flagship of the Yankees; Brooklyn Nets; and NY Giants progresses from third to second.

Stuck on 1.9 (6+) in June, July, and August, before adding six-tenths to 2.5 (6+) in September, iHeartMedia Rhythmic CHR WKTU “103.5 KTU” regresses by eight-tenths to 1.7 (#13 to #16, 6+).

Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario

Entravision Spanish Adult Hits KLYY follows August’s -2.1 (9.6 – 7.5, 6+) with a combined +1.3 in September and October (7.5 – 8.7 – 8.8, 6+). Furthermore, “José 97.5 y 107.1” is #1 the 23rd  time in a row.

Within 2.0- 2.9 range the past five sweeps (2.9 – 2.6 – 2.0 – 2.6 – 2.3, 6+), iHeartMedia Rhythmic CHR “99.1 KGGI” explodes with a +1.3 to 3.6 (eighth to sixth, 6+).

Via three straight declines, Meruelo Group Urban-Rhythmic Oldies KDAY “93.5 K-Day” is off an overall eight-tenths (2.1 – 2.0 – 1.9 – 1.3, 6+) and drops from #10 to #14.

San Jose

After consecutive gains of four-tenths (4.6 – 5.0 – 5.4, 6+), iHeartMedia Hot AC KIOI supplements that total with a +.9. “Star 101.3” vaults from third to first and matches May’s 6.3 (6+). On top in August and September, Univision Spanish Adult Hits KBRG “Amor 100.3” (6.8 – 6.0, -.8, 6+) segues to the runner-up slot.

The July – August – September topline for Audacy Alternative KITS was: 2.7 – 2.6 – 2.1 (6+). In October, however, “Live 105” busts out a +1.1 to 3.2 (6+) and enters the top ten (#13 to #9).

Owing to October’s full-share loss (5.4 – 4.4, 6+), Connoisseur Media Adult Contemporary KOIT-FM “Better Music For A Better Workday” relinquishes September’s increase of eight-tenths and slips from third to fifth. Similarly, co-owned KBAY “Bay Country 98.5,” an overall +1.7 via three straight upticks (3.4 – 4.1 – 4.9 – 5.1, 6+), sees that bounty vanish with a -1.9 to 3.2 (sixth to ninth, 6+).

Middlesex-Somerset-Union

Not only does Audacy Sports Talk WFAN “101.9 The Fan” haul out a whopping +2.1, after September’s modest gain of two-tenths (6.8 – 7.0 – 9.1, 6+), the flagship of the Yankees; NY Giants; and Brooklyn Nets takes over at #1. “The Fan” supplants co-owned WCBS-FM “101.1 New York’s Greatest Hits,” which has a September-only residence at the top and dips to second. On the strength of September’s +2.2, WCBS-FM is a net +2.3 the past two sweeps (5.2 – 7.4 – 7.5, 6+).

When factoring in October’s huge +2.2, Spanish Broadcasting System Spanish Tropical WSKQ “La Mega 97.9” has more than doubled (+3.1) its 6+-stat in three successive spikes (3.8 – 4.0 – 4.7 – 6.9, sixth to fourth, 6+).

Slumping by seven-tenths are WSKQ’s Spanish Contemporary sibling, WPAT “Amor 93.1” (3.0 – 2.3, #11 to #12, 6+), and Pillar of Fire International Contemporary Christian WAWZ “Star 99.1” (2.3 – 1.6, #13 to #17, 6+). Prior to September’s +.9 which took it to 3.0 (6+), “Amor” had been within 2.0 – 2.6 range in each of the previous five sweeps (2.4 – 2.6 – 2.0 – 2.2 – 2.1, 6+). Meanwhile, “Star” is now a combined -1.1 in September and October (2.7 – 2.3 – 1.6, 6+).

Round Two

Washington, DC

Not only is American University-owned WAMU on top the sixth successive month and an overall +1.3 via three straight upticks, the News/Talk outlet is in double-digits the tenth consecutive time (11.0 – 11.8 – 10.8 – 10.4 – 11.6 – 12.5 – 11.3 – 11.7 -11.9 – 12.6, 6+).

Posting increases of +1.4 and a full-share, respectively, are Urban One-owned Urban AC WMMJ “Majic 102.3” (#11 to #6, 6+) and Audacy Sports Talk WJFK-FM “106.7 The Fan” (2.0 – 3.0, #15 to #13, 6+). “Majic” is without a loss the third time in a row for an overall +1.7 (2.5 – 2.5 – 2.8 – 4.2, 6+). “The Fan” – flagship of the Nationals, Capitals, and Wizards – rebounds from September’s loss of six-tenths (2.6 – 2.0, 6+).

Following a combined +1.1 in August and September (.9 – 1.9 – 2.0, 6+), Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian WLVW “K-Love 107.3” surrenders all but one-tenth of that bounty, as its 6+-stat is silvered in half to 1.0 (-1.0, #15 to #19, 6+).

Boston

Following August’s +1.1, Boston University-owned WBUR is a combined -1.8 in September and October (7.9 – 6.8 – 6.1, 6+). At #1 the past three months, “Boston’s NPR News Station” slips to the runner-up slot. Taking over at the top is iHeartMedia CHR WXKS-FM “Kiss 108,” which has a steady July through October topline of 6.2 – 6.3 – 6.5 – 6.5 (second to first, 6+).

When factoring in October’s huge +1.1, Beasley Broadcast Group Sports Talk WBZ-FM “98.5 The Sports Hub” is a collective +1.4 via four straight months without a loss (4.0 – 4.1 – 4.1 – 4.3 – 5.4, 6+). The flagship of the Celtics; Bruins; and Patriots surges from tenth to fifth.

Concurrent with WBZ-FM’s +1.1, Audacy-owned/similarly-formatted WEEI-FM “Sports Radio 93.7” registers a loss of seven-tenths (4.7 – 4.0, eighth to tenth, 6+). The Red Sox flagship was a combined +1.2 in August and September (3.5 – 4.3 – 4.7, 6+). Also dropping seven-tenths in October is iHeartMedia Classic Rock “100.7 WZLX” (4.8, fourth to eighth, 6+), which had been in five-share range the past six months (5.2 – 5.6 – 5.1 – 5.0 – 5.6 – 5.5, April through September, 6+).

Miami

In addition to repeating at #1, Cox Media Group-owned Adult Contemporary WFEZ “Easy 93.1” posts its fifth straight survey period without a loss for a net +2.8 and breaks the eight-share barrier (5.5 – 5.9 – 5.9 – 6.6 – 7.3 – 8.3, 6+).

With a consistent April through September topline between 3.3 – 3.6 (3.5 – 3.6 – 3.4 – 3.3 – 3.6 – 3.6, 6+), Spanish Broadcasting System Spanish Tropical WXDJ “El Nuevo Zol 106.7” posts a +1.1 to 4.7 (tenth to sixth, 6+).

This (-1.4) marks the third straight dip by Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian WMLV for an overall -1.8 (4.2 – 4.1 – 3.8 – 2.4, 6+); “K-Love 89.7” plummets from #9 to #18.

Seattle

Albeit frozen on 8.9 (6+) in September and October, University of Washington-owned News/Talk “94.9 KUOW” is nonetheless #1 the tenth time in a row.

Improving by eight-tenths each are Bonneville International’s KIRO-FM “News Radio 97.3, which rockets from #11 to #5 and Audacy Rhythmic Hot AC KHTP “Hot 103.7” (2.9, #20 to #16, 6+). Via three straight gains, “News Radio” is now a net +1.3 (3.3 – 3.5 – 3.8 – 4.6, 6+). Meanwhile, “Hot” lost a full-share in three successive downturns (3.1 – 3.0 – 2.2 – 2.1, 6+).

Following back-to-back increases that resulted in a +.9 (6.4 – 7.0 – 7.3, 6+), Bonneville International-owned KIRO-AM “Seattle Sports 710 AM” forfeits the entire nine-tenths (6.4, 6+), but the flagship of the Mariners and Seahawks carries on in the runner-up slot.

Detroit

Notwithstanding that Audacy Sports Talk WXYT-FM “97.1 The Ticket” logs back-to-back decreases of six-tenths (10.5 – 9.9 – 9.3, 6+), the flagship of the Tigers; Lions; Red Wings; and Pistons is #1 the tenth month in succession. In August, “The Ticket” was +1.3 (9.2 – 10.5, 6+).

On the heels of September’s modest gain of three-tenths (6.0 – 6.3), iHeartMedia Adult Contemporary “100.3 WNIC” posts an October uptick five times that magnitude to 7.8 (+1.5, fifth to second, 6+). This (7.8) is WNIC’s strongest 6+-stat since “Holiday” 2025’s 14.7.  Its CHR sibling – WKQI “Channel 95.5” – notches its third straight increase (+1.1) for a collective +1.5 (4.0 – 4.3 – 4.4 – 5.5, ninth to sixth, 6+).

Within 5.1 – 5.8 range June through September (5.1 – 5.5 – 5.8 – 5.6, 6+), Beasley Broadcast Group Rock “101 WRIF” falters by eight-tenths to 4.8 (sixth to seventh, 6+).

Phoenix

A net +2.1in three gains in succession (5.4 – 6.4 – 6.5 – 7.5, June through September, 6+), Hubbard Broadcasting-owned KSLX “Classic Rock 100.7” slips one-tenth to 7.4 (6+), but is #1 the fourth month in a row.

Up one-half share to 2.6 (#19, 6+), Sierra H Multimedia-owned Rhythmic Hot AC KZCE “101.1 The Bounce” is within 2.1 – 2.9 range (6+) the ninth straight month.

Also regressing by nine-tenths is Bonneville International’s KMVP-FM “Arizona Sports 98.7 FM” (4.3 – 3.4, sixth to tenth, 6+). In three straight gains, the flagship of the Suns; Arizona Diamondbacks; and Arizona Cardinals had been a collective +1.2 (2.5 – 2.6 – 3.1 – 3.7, 6+).

Minneapolis

To say iHeartMedia Sports Talk KFXN provides an October exclamation point following September’s loss of six-tenths (11.0 – 10.4, 6+) would be quite the understatement: “100.3 The Fan” flaunts the largest (6+) September 2026 – October 2026 increase (+3.7) by any station in all 48 PPM markets and highest 6+ share (14.1). Moreover, the flagship of Minnesota’s Vikings; Timberwolves; and Wild sets the pace the fourth month in a row.

Wiping away September’s loss of eight-tenths (7.1 – 6.3, 6+) with an October surge of +1.2 to 7.5 (6+), Minnesota Public Radio-owned KNOW “91.1 MPR News” inches up from third to second.

In the Audacy cluster, Adult Hits KZJK “104.1 Jack FM” is down a full-share (5.2, fourth to fifth, 6+), while co-owned Country KMNB “102.9 The Wolf” is -1.4 (2.8, #10 to #13, 6+). “Jack” had been a collective +.8 in October and September (5.4 – 5.9 – 6.2, 6+); “The Wolf” was +.6 in the same timeframe (3.6 – 4.0 – 4.2, 6+).

San Diego

Not only is KXSN on top the seventh consecutive month, “Sunny 98.1” is an overall +.9 since June (7.5 – 7.8 – 8.1 – 8.3 – 8.4, 6+). The Audacy Classic Hits outlet had a January through July topline of: 7.7 – 7.7 – 7.4 – 7.4 – 7.7 – 7.5 – 7.8 (6+).

Including October’s +1.5, co-owned/Padres flagship KWFN “97.3 The Fan” has netted three full-shares via three straight gains (4.8 – 5.8 – 6.3 – 7.8, steady in second-place, 6+).

Consecutive setbacks by Educational Media Foundation Contemporary Christian KLVJ “K-Love 102.1” have resulted in its 6+-stat whittled in half (3.0 – 2.6 – 1.5, #15 to #19, 6+).

Tampa

Setting the pace the ninth month in succession, Cox Media Group Adult Contemporary WDUV “105.5 The Dove” is an overall +.8 in three consecutive increases (9.9 – 10.0 – 10.5 – 10.7, 6+).

Up seven-tenths (5.0 – 5.7, 6+) and advancing from sixth to fifth, Beasley Broadcast Group Classic Hits WRBQ “Tampa Bay’s Q-105” has a 6+-stat within five-share range the tenth consecutive month.

iHeartMedia Sports Talk/Rays flagship WDAE forfeits 80% of September’s full-share increase (4.7 – 3.9, -.8, 6+) and slips from #10 to #11.

Denver

Locked on 6.9 (6+) in June and July, Bonneville International Adult Contemporary KOSI gained +1.4 in August; dropped six-tenths in September; and picks up four-tenths in October (7.7 – 8.1, 6+). “Real Music Variety” is #1 the sixth month in succession. August’s 8.3 was its strongest 6+-stat since “Holiday” 2025’s 12.1 (6+).

Powered by October’s mammoth +1.9, after September’s half-share gain, KSE Radio Ventures-owned KKSE-FM “Altitude Sports 92.5 FM” more than triples August’s one-share topline (1.0 – 1.5 – 3.4, 6+). The flagship of the Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche bursts into the top twenty at #13.

Immediately after logging September’s +1.4, KTCL “Channel 93.3” craters by essentially twice that magnitude (6.4 – 3.7, -2.7, 6+) and freefalls from #2 to #12. The iHeartMedia Alternative outlet’s April through August topline was: 5.2 – 5.2 – 5.7 – 5.2 – 5.0 (6+).

Baltimore

With a 6+-topline between 8.1 – 8.9 (8.7 – 8.9 – 8.4 – 8.3 – 8.1 – 8.3 – 8.4 – 8.9 – 8.6 – 8.5, January through October, 6+), Urban One-owned Urban AC WWIN-FM “Magic 95.9” is #1 the tenth time in succession.

Not only does WWIN-FM’s Urban Contemporary sibling – WERQ – duplicate September’s +.8, “92-Q Jams” adds an extra one-tenth (5.7 – 6.6, +.9, 6+). WERQ continues in third place with its best 6+-stat (6.6) since “Holiday” 2025’s 6.9 (6+).

After trending 2.3 – 2.4 – 2.4 – 2.3 – 2.2 – 2.5 (6+), iHeartMedia CHR WZFT “Z-104.3” slumps by a full-share to 1.5 (#13 to #16, 6+).

St. Louis

Off a combined nine-tenths in July and August (7.0 – 6.3 – 6.1, 6+), Gateway Creative Broadcasting-owned Contemporary Christian KLJY responds in September and October with a net +1.6 (6.1 – 7.3 – 7.7, 6+). Furthermore, “99.1 Joy FM” progresses from third to first, sharing the penthouse with iHeartMedia Classic Hits “103.3 KLOU.” The last three fluctuations by KLOU have been: -2.5 (August); +1.2 (September); and now -1.0 in October (8.7 – 7.7, repeating at #1, 6+).

Very steady the last three months (3.3 – 3.4 – 3.5, 6+), Hubbard Broadcasting Sports Talk WXOS “101 ESPN” explodes with a +1.7 to 5.2 (6+), as the flagship of the Blues enters the top ten (#13 to #8).

In back-to-back months, Audacy-owned KMOX “104.1 FM The Voice Of St. Louis” has cratered by -1.5 and -1.6 (8.2 – 6.7 – 5.1, 6+), sputtering from second to fifth in September and now fifth to ninth. Entering September’s survey period, the Cardinals flagship more than doubled (net +4.3) its 6+-topline via six straight spikes (3.9 – 4.7 – 5.9 – 6.6 – 6.9 – 7.0 – 8.2, 6+).

Round Three

Portland

Capturing 60% of September’s half-share loss (8.3 – 7.8 – 8.1, +.3, 6+), iHeartMedia-owned Classic Hits KLTH “106.7 The Eagle” is #1 the sixth month in succession.

A combined +1.2 in September and October (3.9 – 4.3 – 5.1, 6+), KLTH’s CHR cluster-mate, KKRZ “Z-100,” advances from ninth to seventh.

Also in the iHeartMedia cluster, Rhythmic CHR KXJM “Jam’n 107.5” surrenders all of September’s full-share – and one-tenth more (4.1 – 5.1 – 4.0, -1.1, 6+) – sliding from sixth to tenth. Its January through August topline was consistently within 4.1 – 4.8 range (4.2 – 4.5 – 4.2 – 4.6 – 4.1 – 4.4 – 4.8 – 4.1, 6+).

Charlotte

Already a +1.5 in August and September (6.6 – 8.0 – 8.1, 6+), iHeartMedia Adult Hits WLKO “102.9 The Lake” matches that combined total in October (8.1 – 9.6, +1.5, 6+) and threepeats at #1.

WLKO’s huge boost (+1.5) wasn’t the only big gainer: Three Beasley Broadcast Group outlets boast increases of at least +1.1. That group includes: Adult Contemporary WKQC “K-104.7” (+1.7, fourth to second, 6+); Urban AC WBAV “V-101.9” (+1.2, fifth to third, 6+); and Urban Contemporary WPEG “Power 98” (4.3 – 5.4, +1.1, #12 to #6, 6+).
